A Look In More Depth:

The largest Directional Drill in the TerraMacs standard products range, the Mighty Mac is designed as the ultimate rugged machine and each machine, while based on the same fundamental chassis and structure, to date has been uniquely customised to customers requirements.

Powered by a 152HP Turbo Charged Cummins Diesel engine, the Mighty Mac Drill Rig has two speed thrust/pullback and two speed rotate and is capable of jobs up to 350mm in diameter and shots of up to 200 metres in length.

Stakedown of the Mighty Mac is achieved using the swiveling single mast foot mounted at the front of the machine, which provides the ability to position it relative to the machine as best suits the job environment.

The Mighty Mac carries 40 drill rods on board, each 5m in length (total 200m) and loads and unloads these fully automatically.
